With over two decades at the forefront of Customer Experience (CX) and AI innovation, I’ve made it my mission to help organisations navigate the complexities of digital transformation without losing sight of the customer at the core.
As the CEO and founder of fullstop.ai—and having led one of APAC’s most prominent Google partners—I have spent my career turning high-level AI strategy into tangible, enterprise-scale reality. My team and I have pioneered some of the first Agentic AI and GECX solutions for Australia’s most iconic brands, proving that "first-to-market" is only valuable when it’s backed by rigorous execution and deep customer insights.
My journey since 2005 has been a constant evolution alongside the technology itself. This long-term perspective has given me a unique "know-how"—the ability to look past the hype and identify exactly where and how AI can solve the most stubborn business challenges while actually improving customer satisfaction.
